All students entering SJNCS for the first time and new to our diocesan school system are accepted on a probationary basis. During the 60-day probationary period, if the school determines the student is unable to perform adequately in this environment, any prepaid tuition will be prorated and refunded. Grades will not be released until all accounts are current. Student fees are non-refundable.

Financial Aid Links

SJNCS is committed to helping make tuition affordable to all families seeking a Catholic education. Our Diocese is richly blessed to have supportive parishes who contribute monetary support to the Knoxville Regional Catholic Schools Operating Fund (KRCSOF). Along with providing the standard subsidy for every Catholic child in Catholic school, this fund provides additional financial assistance to our families who desire a Catholic school education , but might not otherwise be able to afford one.

In order to qualify for assistance, you must complete an online application through FACTS Management. The application deadline for tuition support is December 16, 2022.  The links below provide the instructions for completing the applications.

If you need further assistance, please call Mary Marlowe at (865)777-3402.
