Welcome to 2F at St. John Neumann Catholic School. Second grade is an exciting time for students as they are transitioning as the youngest in the school to the more elementary feel.

Mrs. Fowler was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. Catholic education has always been an important part of her life as she attended Sacred Heart Cathedral School from kindergarten through eighth grade and later graduated from Knoxville Catholic High School. She also worked at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preschool for 5 years and knew she wanted to continue her journey in the diocese as an elementary school teacher.

Mrs. Fowler has a heart for understanding children’s unique needs and a passion for meeting them. In 2020, Mrs. Fowler earned a bachelor’s degree in Deaf Education, minoring in American Sign Language. She then worked as an intern in Anderson County Schools in a third grade classroom while completing her masters in Elementary Education.

Mrs. Fowler is very excited to work with a wonderful group of second graders and be a part of their faith journey through the Sacraments, as well as learn and grow with them, during her second year at SJN!

Mrs. Fowler got married this summer to her husband, Jacob! In her free time, Mrs. Fowler enjoys visiting with her family, attending concerts, and spending time at the lake with her husband.
